Career Clinic at ILA

This year at the Illinois Library Association Annual Convention will be hosting a free Career Clinic with resume reviews.  They will be available from 1-6 p.m. September 29th and from 10:30 - 1:30 p.m. on Thursday the 30th.  Appointments will last 25 minutes and can be made by contacting Denise Zielinski at ila@ila.org.

I've just been reading a mini-debate about e-books in the Middleton Journal: Do You Think E-Books Will Make Paper Books Obsolete Any Time Soon? As a new owner of a Nook, I have to say that I enjoy both paper and ebooks.  It was interesting to read comments from folks who may not be librarians or employees of libraries for a change.
